Before you write
I have a big head. Which masks will fit?
Look for pieces with a trimmable neck or an open back, like the skull mask with the top hat, and avoid the white horned knight, which runs small. Tell us your measurement and we will suggest three.
Which pieces have no latex at all?
The resin muzzle, the eyeless blue mask, the silver death mask, every horned helmet and crown, the grail cup and the knife prop.
Can you hold a mask for me until October?
We do not take orders ourselves. Stock and delivery are handled by our partner store, so the earlier you order there, the safer.
Do you work with haunted attractions?
Yes. Tell us how many actors and which scenes, and we will put together a shortlist with the most durable pieces.
Tracking, changes, cancellations, returns and warranty claims are handled on the order page of the partner store you bought from. They hold your order details; we never see them.
